The licence number is correct but not available for renewal processing using our renewal service. 

What you need to do

You can do a full application for a new permit by using the Apply button below, or contact the City of Sydney to help with your renewal. 

We couldn't find a matching permit

This may be because:

  • the permit is not yet eligible for renewal
  • the vehicle registration number does not match the selected address
  • the permit is a residential parking permit

What you need to do

  • Check that the City of Sydney have sent you a notification for renewal to ensure that you are eligible.

  • Check you selected the correct residential address and have entered the correct vehicle registration.

  • If you are a residential please renew via the residential parking permit renewal application.

If you're using a City of Sydney rates notice, it must:

  • be addressed to you (the applicant)
  • show the same address as your application

If your rates notice shows a different mailing address, you'll need to use a different document as proof of residence.

      The digital Certificate of Registration shows NSW vehicle registration details current on the date it was produced. It can be accessed from your MyServiceNSW Account.
